for State Scholarships, StateGrants, University Institutional
Scholarships, WorldwideScholarships, and External
These scholarships are granted
based on merit and/or need.
Scholarship funds are
often called "gift aid"because they do not
have to be repaid.
You are not limited
to the scholarshipswe have posted on our website.
You may apply for
any scholarshipfor which you feel eligible.
State Scholarships and Grants.
Scholarships,or Donor Scholarships (formally
called endowed and termscholarships), are
funds generously donatedto the University
to help studentspay for their education.
The scholarship criteria
and award amounts varyand a FAFSA application is
required for most awards.
Completing a FAFSA
application does notrequire the use of Federal aid.
The application opens in
January and remains openthrough August 31st.
